Every product has a reason to be here.
WAI LAB considers function, compatibility, skin priorities, conflicts between active ingredients and unnecessary duplication.

Complete Personalise first: your skin type and needs are enough to get started.
Your routine is still empty.
You can create it from your profile or add individual products from their pages.
WAI LAB suggestions are for informational and cosmetic purposes: they do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and do not replace advice from a dermatologist or healthcare professional.
We do not collect pregnancy information. As a precaution, automatically generated routines exclude retinoids; this does not certify that a routine is suitable during pregnancy.
About matching and compatibility
Match, compatibilità e routine WAI LAB sono strumenti informativi basati sui dati disponibili e sulle preferenze dichiarate. Non costituiscono diagnosi, prescrizioni mediche o indicazioni terapeutiche.
How we choose the number, products and order
The number refers to steps at each time of day, not across the whole day: Simple includes four products in the morning and four in the evening; Advanced includes at least five in the morning and five in the evening, with a serum in both. The serum targets the need where documented; otherwise, we choose a supporting hydrating serum without attributing unverified effects to it. The actual result is shown above, and we flag any missing suitable candidates. Both modes start the morning with a gentle facial cleanser and include evening cleansing, face cream, SPF 50+ in the morning and two different eye products. In Simple mode, the fourth evening step is a targeted treatment only if documented and consistent with your needs; in Advanced mode, we also consider hydrating preparation. A cleanser or cream suitable for both times of day may be reused.
For every step, we require an official source and verified INCI, and exclude uses unsuitable for the time of day, evening SPF and high-risk combinations. Retinoids are not added automatically because they require individual assessment. Texture preferences reflect skin type and needs, without inferring compatibility from consistency alone. Eye care is a fixed choice in the WAI LAB experience, not a universal dermatological necessity. The order is: cleanse, optional hydrating preparation, treatment, eye care, face cream and finally SPF in the morning.
The selected limit is not a quota to fill: if no sufficiently documented, compatible candidate exists, we show fewer products and explain why.
The science behind the WAI LAB routine
The daily core follows the dermatological principles of gentle cleansing, hydration suited to skin type and broad-spectrum sun protection. Dermatological sources recommend at least SPF 30; WAI LAB chooses SPF 50 or higher for automatic routines. Treatments are included only when relevant to stated needs and supported by verified official data; we do not add incompatible steps simply to meet a quota.
